Från ASC ... jisses The Finnish Customs Administration in their infinite lack of wisdom decreed that each cigar of over 3g of weight coming into the country from outside the EU, even for non-commercial use, will be subjected to 9.04€ of toll & taxes. This amount is set regardless of the cigars' actual value or quality and is the same for swisher sweets and Davidoff Dom Perignons.
